Hey there! I have another excerpt to share as I read Milan Kundera's "The Unbearable Lightness of Being". Do you have some dreams wherein it's unbelievable and some that you think sort of a déjà vu? Sigmund Freud explains that our dreams are affected by both internal and external stimuli. But of all the simple details, we remember, there are deeper meanings behind it.
Because of the dreams that we have, it has the tendency to shape our ways and personalities. That's the reason why there is a CHANGE in one of the characters in the novel.
Posting this, I remembered one of my friends telling me that she used to write in her notebook everything that she can recall from her dreams. I think that's a good practice in connecting one's previous dreams to the upcoming dreams and interpret it in the end.
I'll try to get a copy of Freud's Theory of Dreams 'cause I too have dreams that bothers me since I'm still in my younger years. Yeah, that's pretty real or my personal experience of a déjà vu.
